Lone Star Blood Cancer Conference

The 6th annual Lone Star Blood Cancer Conference is a FREE educational event designed especially for blood cancer patients, survivors, families and health care professionals. Leading hematology and oncology specialists will present information on the latest treatments, therapies, clinical triles and developments in research. There will be question and answer sessions with all speakers
The conference will include breakout sessions with disease specific information. Participants may choose to attend the session of their choice. This event is open to all patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Come meet others who are sharing your same experiences and lear from them.
Continuing education credits are available for nurses and social workers. 5.0 contact hours for nurses and social workers awarded by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). LLS national approval granted under provider # CEP 5832 for nurses through the California Board of Registered Nurses, and for social workers under provider # 1105 through the Association of Social WOrk Boards.
